Modern North Sydney and Narrabeen Wedding

Modern North Sydney and Narrabeen Wedding

Photography by Anni Payne & Laura McClintock

Gorgeous Joe and Ange were married at St Thomas’ Anglican Church in North Sydney and held their cocktail reception at the Narrabeen Surf Club on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are thrilled to have now photographed three weddings for this beautiful family including both the Groom’s brothers, and feel like we are now part of the family too.

Ange stunned in her strapless tulle full-length gown and veil with contrasting black sash that worked well with the wedding party’s outfits.

We loved all the modern touches that the couple brought to the wedding including the incredible flower design using white and magenta pink orchids with structural elements. The flower girls’ wedding flower wreaths are inspired. The wedding party was particularly dashing in black suits and little black dresses with killer black heels and Mimco jewellery for the Bridesmaids – each dress slightly different to suit their own style.

After a touching ceremony at St Thomas’ church including a wonderful address by the Groom’s brother, the Bridal party, the close-knit family and guests headed to the Narrabeen Surf Club where the couple arranged a picnic for their guests outside while they were having photos. The Bridal party made great use of the North Sydney location with photos on Sydney Harbour with the Opera House in the background, and then to Narrabeen for quintessential Sydney beach wedding photos. They followed with a fun coctail reception at the surf club for their happily ever after.

Thank you Ange and Joe for allowing us to be part of your special day.
