I really enjoyed photographing Sarah & Warwick’s wedding at the very stylish Sergeants Mess. The sun was shining and it was a glorious Sydney spring day on beautiful Chowder Bay. The day began at the Observatory Hotel, where the girls frocked up in their handmade dresses compliments of Judy, Sarah’s very clever mum. Sarah looked classically beautiful with her bright red lips and gorgeous silver Stephanie Brown hairpiece.

The ceremony took place in the amphitheatre with spectacular Sydney harbour as the backdrop.  It was very sweet, with lots of smiles, sentimental readings and a few tears. There really is no need to leave the beautiful grounds, so we strolled the grounds and captured some gorgeous photographs of Sarah and Warwick and their bridal party.

The reception was very elegant, but warm and relaxed.  The mood was set by the smooth jazz played by some of Sydney’s best jazz musicians, the children particularly enjoyed their groove.  The highlight of the evening was when Sarah took her place on the stage with the band and serenaded Warwick and their guests with her fantastic voice.  I am still impressed.
